Thanks a lot for visiting my blog for the first time. Welcome to my first blog post. Well, actually I’ve written a blog once before. This was about 6 years ago, when I was living in Mallorca for 3 months. Then I tried to write about my daily life, work and new experiences I got there. Then I also enjoyed writing a lot, but it kind of felt like an obligation, because I had promised my friends and family that I’ll write as much as I can and when I can.
I feel more happy about starting to write this blog, because it is something I have thought about for a while now and couldn’t get this out of my mind almost everyday. So, this time I’m doing it, because I want to, I don’t obligate myself. I’m just trying to enjoy the process of sharing my thoughts, learning and of course writing!
But, first things first. Why am I starting this blog?
Here are top 3 reasons why
I want to share my travel experiences & tips with you. I haven’t traveled a lot, but I’ve seen quite a few places already. But, I’m ambitious and I want to explore the world! I have never been the solo traveler, because I like to share moments with my close ones. And I also want to share them with the world. I want to show what cool, interesting and weird things I come across while I’m travelling.
I want to share my workout & fitness journey with you. It is important to me, because I’m also the one, who is always searching the internet and social media for some workout tips, transformation journeys, healthy food ideas and inspiring fitness coaches. I guess there is never too much information and everybody has their unique story to tell. So, I truly hope you can also learn something from my journey. I love working out and eating healthy, whereas I have some ideas on how to share all this with you as well.
I want to gather my everyday thoughts & struggles. I feel like I’m the person, who never stops thinking. The thoughts are endless. I have my struggles, my ups & downs, my happy moments, the moments where I just don’t know what to do, because I want to do all of it and at the end doing nothing. Well, I guess there may be some people out there with similar thoughts. So, what I’m trying to say is, we all have these weird moments, when you just don’t know if anybody feels the same way as you do…I’m just gonna try to talk it out here in my blog and hope that there are others out there, who are just as weird & unique as me.
What’s in it for me?
Here are 4 things that I find important
I like to write. I’ve always enjoyed writing since I was a child. I almost always enjoyed doing reports and essays at school. I also was always kind enough to help my close friends with their essays. There were also some moments, when I was so kind enough to help my friends with their work and didn’t have enough time to do my own stuff.
I want to share my unique side. I have asked myself many times, what do I have, that I can offer to my readers? There is no one and right answer to it, but I think that’s okay. I believe that everybody has something unique about them that differentiates them from others. That uniqueness is the thing you can share with the world. The things you may find ordinary about yourself, others may find appealing and interesting. I guess, you just have to start sharing and see how others will appreciate it.
I want to learn new things. And blogging can help me with that. Well, I’m only starting, but so far I’ve already learned that it is not as easy as it seems. You have to put effort into your website, your blog posts, how it all looks like etc. I’m excited to learn by doing and I want to develop new skills regarding my blog, like the visual appearance, attracting readers, the content, editing photos, doing videos and so on. I guess I’m just in the starting point right now, but I’m excited to see what I can do here.
I want to display my experiences more visually and make them more memorable. It will be so great to know that all my memories are in one place and I can look and relive these moments any time I want.
I’m gonna be honest here, the blog posts may vary and be about different topics, but that’s me – can’t decide what I like the most, so I want to share different aspects of my life. I hope all the stuff I share here will help someone, will be useful somehow or just interesting or fun to read.
